  • Sydney's tap water meets Australian Drinking Water Guidelines, but treatment doesn't remove everything. PFAS compounds, heavy metals, and disinfection by-products can still be present at your tap. The only way to know what's in your water is to test it.

  • PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) are synthetic chemicals found in firefighting foam, non-stick cookware, and industrial discharge. They don't break down in the environment or the human body, which is why they're called "forever chemicals." Australia's drinking water guidelines include PFAS limits, and TWT tests for the compounds covered by those guidelines.

  • Our on-site 5-point test gives you results in 15 minutes at your kitchen tap — ideal for a quick baseline check. Our laboratory water testing is a comprehensive analysis conducted by a NATA-accredited laboratory, covering PFAS, heavy metals, bacteria, and more. Results are delivered to your inbox within 5 business days.

  • Standard turnaround is 5 business days from the date your sample is received by the laboratory. Priority turnaround options are available — contact us for details.

  • NATA is the National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia's peak body for laboratory accreditation. A NATA-accredited result is accurate, traceable, and legally defensible. All TWT laboratory analysis is conducted by our NATA-accredited laboratory partner.

  • No special preparation is needed. Just ensure access to your kitchen tap. For lab testing, our technician brings all required sampling equipment, packaging, and chain of custody documentation.

  • We service Greater Sydney and Regional NSW. Greater Sydney bookings are $198. Regional NSW (south of Sutherland, north of Hornsby, or west of Penrith) bookings are $275. Contact us if you're unsure whether your location is covered.

  • Yes. All laboratory results are delivered as a formal written report to your nominated email address, issued directly by our NATA-accredited laboratory partner.

  • We'll walk you through your results in plain language. If your results indicate elevated contaminant levels, we can recommend appropriate next steps including point-of-use filtration options tailored to what was found.

  • Tank and rainwater testing is available on enquiry. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll recommend the right test for your situation.
