Water quality in your facilities is your responsibility

 

 

The Public Health Act 2010 and the Public Health Regulation 2012 commenced on 1 September 2012. 

 

Is your tap water suitable for drinking? What if someone becomes infected with E Coli or any other contaminant in the water stored, or consumed, on your premises?

 

How do you prevent that happening and what would you do if it happened tomorrow?

 

If you have any tank storage of water, you are a ‘Water Supplier’ and you must have, and adhere to, a ‘Quality Assurance Program’; it is the law.
